Project Overview

We were appointed following a competitive tender to carry out the refurbishment of a circa 55,000 sq.ft office building. Spread across 3 floors the project included the refurbishment of not only office space but a gym, changing rooms, Canteen and reception. The Mechanical and Electrical side of the project included the full replacement of the existing lighting to LED and the refurbishment of the Air conditioning system to update the whole building.

Externally the building was refreshed with a full deep clean and paint spraying to all windows and curtain walling. Cleaning of paving’s and car parking to building and the installation of new electric charging points to fully bring the building up to date.

The project was completed on time and within budget and is now ready for another 20 years of use.
