Having been beautifully designed by the Architect’s, we are currently installing roof timbers and aiming to make the property weather-tight for the winter. The project is currently running to programme and without issue.

Having completed a large residential refurbishment project for another member of the family in 2010, we were keen to work along side the family again when we were approached about this scheme.
Involving the demolition of an existing residence and construction of a new residence and swimming pool, the project has been a challenge, but extremely rewarding. Soon to be handed over, the client is greatly looking forward to using his new property and we are looking forward to undertaking further landscaping works and completing the environment this lovely building sits in, during 2012.

Following a major fire at the school over a weekend, we met with the school and Architects the following day to agree how we could get the school open as soon as possible. Once a plan was formulated and an outline scope of works agreed, we had a team on site the following day to commence the repair works.

Having completed a major project at the school only a year before, we were delighted to be asked to tender on this project and even more delighted to win the tender. The project comprises two extensions, the first providing eight new classrooms and the second providing two classrooms and ancillary office space. Having made an excellent start to the project over the summer holidays, we are progressing well and aim to have the smaller extension weather tight prior to Christmas and the larger extension up to wall plate height.
The project is running ahead of programme, at the request of the design team, and on budget.

Following a successful tender bid we were appointed to refurbish a 1940’s canteen, isolated from the main school building. The project was to create two new classrooms, within a building that met current Building Regulations. The project was seen as a huge success, not only in terms of value for money for the school, but the time in which we took to complete the works meant that the school had very little disruption to their teaching routine.
What was once a concern for parents, are now the nicest teaching spaces in the school.
